Registration Fees: $30 per sessions every 4 weeks.

Liability Release: I hereby release CVIC, its staff, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation in the Revert Quran Class. I waive any and all claims or actions on behalf of myself, my heirs, or successors in interest.
Media Consent: I grant CVIC permission to photograph or record me during class sessions for use in educational, informational, or promotional materials.
Program Policies: CVIC reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any participant for violations of program policies or conduct guidelines, as determined by the administration.
Adjustments: CVIC reserves the right to modify the class schedule, curriculum, or format as necessary to best serve the students.
Fees: I acknowledge that the registration fee is $30 per month and agree to the payment terms provided.
